Project Description
Brick Sand is used primarily for mixing mortar for brick and stone work. Common mix ratio is 5 or 6 parts sand to 1 part cement and 1 part Lime.
Orange brick sand is used where a darker mortar is desired. Mortar colour can be changed with the addition of a coloured oxide.
It is also used as a base under the liner of above ground pools
